With over 20 years of experience in the health and injury insurance sector, I offer a comprehensive service shaped by roles across ACC, private health insurance, ACC legal adjudication, and accredited employer schemes, alongside a decade of operating small to medium businesses. Seventeen years at ACC gave me deep insight into its processes, complemented by three years in private health insurance, two years in legal adjudication (ICRA), and two years working with accredited employers. For the past two years I have worked independently as an ACC advocate, helping hundreds of Kiwis resolve disputes and secure fair outcomes.
